Briefs: IKK 2006

The 27th International Trade Fair for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, took place in Nuremberg on October 18-20, 2006 and attracted record numbers of visitors (29 124) and exhibitors (893). For the fourth year running the IIR was visible at IKK, thanks to the kind invitation of DKV, the German Refrigeration Association, who provided a booth. Susan Phalippou, the IIR's Promotion Manager, displayed IIR products, set up many new contacts and held a meeting of the DKV-IIR Liaison Committee involving Mrs Irene Reichert (General Secretary of DKV) and Dr Harald Kaiser (President of DKV). www.dkv.org, www.ikk-tradefair.com
