IIR Conference: Amman

An IIR Conference on Latest developments in refrigerated storage, transportation and display of food products took place in Amman, Jordan, in March 2005. This first IIR conference in Jordan was a success: a wide range of papers were presented, on many different subjects. Almost 50 persons attended the conference, which was introduced by the President of the University of Jordan and the Director of the IIR. The proceedings CD-ROM is available (see "New IIR publications" below).
