The new Regulation 2024/573 of the European Union on fluorinated greenhouse gases, repealing Regulation 517/2014 (« F-gas Regulation »), has just been published in the Official Journal of the EU. It will come into force on March 11, 2024, with the exception of a few articles which will apply from 2025. The text of this new regulation can be consulted here.
