New cold storage facility for American Airlines.

The company opened a new refrigeration facility of 2322 m2.
The Philadelphia region in the USA and its International Airport “was a perfect place (…) because it is a centralized location (…) in the Northeast corridor” according to Tom Grubb, manager of American Airlines' cold chain cargo.
The company just opened a new refrigeration facility of 2,322 m2. The warehouse can handle perishable and medical freight from other companies around the world.
Products can be kept at three temperature ranges (15 to 25°C, 2 to 8°C and “deep frozen” from zero to -20°C).
Jim Butler, the American’s cargo CEO states that “in the next three years, the logistic of the pharmaceutical industry is expected to grow by 25%”.
