Résumé

Sapodilla (Manilkara achras (M. Sapota), cv. Victoria) fruits were dipped in a 0.75% alum + 0.5 g benomyl/litre solution (or left untreated) and stored at 10, 15 or 28 °C for 20 days. Fruits deteriorated after 6 days storage at 28 °C. Dipping in aluminium + benomyl prevented storage decay and did not damage the fruits. Storage at 10 °C gave the best results.
