Résumé

Five parallel assembled Frascold twin screw compressors form the core of the central freezing plant. The plant is installed on a freezing tunnel (blast freezer), part of a complete continuously operated processing line for production of bake-off products. The combination and application of superfeed to screw compressors, the use of energy saving Adap-Kool controls from Danfoss for control of condensation and evaporating temperatures and the use of electronic expansion valves results in efficient generation of refrigeration at low energy costs. The application of all these well-known products fulfils the actual requirements of environment, reliability, dependability, safety and low energy-consumption.
