The article reflects on the individual papers presented and the topics they dwelled on at a workshop dealing with topics such as: How and to what point has food legislation developed on a European level? How are food standards likely to be affected? What are the important implications for all involved in the food chain? Is there a need for reform and what suggestions have been made to continue the development of European food law in a meaningful manner?
