Résumé

In this study, the modified atmosphere storage abilities of Precoce de Tyrinthe, Precoce de Colomer and Sakiit-2 apricot cultivars grown in Van, Turkey, were investigated. The best results in terms of taste and flavour were found in vessels covered with one layer of stretch film. Fruits with better physical characteristics were obtained from packaging materials covered with 2 layers of stretch film.
