Résumé

A relationship between mechanical damage to tubers (measured after storage) and fertilizer application was confirmed. The highest values of mechanical damage were found in tubers given no fertilizers or only N + K. Mechanical damage was lower in tubers given NPK. There was significant reduction in mechanical damage to tubers stored at 9 deg C compared with 4.5 deg C.
