THE THERMODYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF A REAL GAS CAN BE DESCRIBED THROUGH ITS THERMAL AND CALORIC EQUATIONS OF STATE. WHEN THESE EQUATIONS ARE UNKNOWN, ONE MUST TURN TO A GENERALLY APPLICABLE EQUATION OF STATE. IN THE PAPER, THE AUTHOR GIVES SOME MATHEMATICAL EXPRESSIONS FOR CALCULATING THE VALUES OF ISENTROPIC EXPONENTS OF R22 IN SHORTENED FORM, THROUGH THE REDLICH-KWONG AND REDLICH-KWONG-SOAVE EQUATIONS OF STATE.
