A high-accuracy instantaneous temperature measurement system for cryogenic applications.

Summary

This system consists of a Compaq 486 computer, a digital memory-scope, two isolated measurement pods, some cutomized miniature diode thermometers and copper-constantan thermocouples. The temperature can be measured at a speed of 20 microS word with an accuracy of 0.3 K for absolute temperature measurement, 0.18 K for temperature difference measurement and a resolution of 0.07 K.
