Summary

THE RESISTIVITY OF A 0.254 MM THICK RECTANGULAR PARALLELEPIPED COPPER FOIL WAS MEASURED FROM 298 TO 77 K BY A SIMPLE FOUR-POINT PROBE TECHNIQUE WHERE PROBE WIRES ARE LEAD/TIN SOLDERED TO THE FOIL. RESISTIVITY DATA INDICATES THAT THE RESISTIVITY CORRECTION FACTOR IS APPROXIMATELY 2.8 FOR PROBES THAT ARE APPROXIMATELY 3 MM IN DIAMETER AND SPACED APPROXIMATELY 9 MM CENTER TO CENTER.
