Summary
The LNG energy market plays a pivotal role in ensuring global energy security and supporting the transition to cleaner energy sources. To meet growing future energy demands, on-time and on-budget, execution of high-efficiency energy projects is critical, including the construction and expansion of world-scale LNG export facilities. Today’s project developers are presented with
more execution challenges than ever: skilled labor shortages, demands for reduction in carbon footprint, challenging project locations, and uncertainties associated with strained global supply chains. To overcome these challenges, innovations in both technology and execution methodology are a necessity.
This paper introduces LNG Accelerate – an end-to-end solution that integrates our global leading liquefaction technology and equipment (coil wound heat exchangers or CWHEs), integrated pretreatment systems, automation and digitization enabled solutions, and a modularization strategy designed to reduce risk and accelerate project delivery. One variant of that offering will be described in detail and additional options will be outlined for future development.
