Summary
The authors developed a new cassette type air conditioner with 4-way adjustable automatic motor flaps. This new air conditioner is one of the quietest machines in the industry due to the development of a new turbo fan and reduction of air resistance in the passage. It can control air flow in 4 separate directions due to the use of independent automatic motor flaps. It has a newly developed remote controller for centralized control. It can air condition rooms with ceiling heights of up to 3.2 meters. Moreover, it is easy to install and maintain and can be operated without the addition of refrigerants in the field.
