The system lowers the district heat return temperature and total flow especially during peak heat demands. Presents the cost savings for the examples of an office building with constant air volume and with a variable air volume system and a multistorey residential building with a mechanical exhaust ventilation system and a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system.
