Vacuum insulated panel (VIP) as a kind of sup-adiabatic materials is widely used in many fields such as refrigerator, cold store, medical incubator. In the paper, the fabrication of a new type of VIP is provided. With the apparatus, the authors designed the perfect conductivity of the VIP. Compared with the usual insulated materials, the characteristics of heat insulation of the device is greatly improved by the new type of material.
