SETS OUT EQUATIONS FOR THE ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION OF THE HEAT FLUX WITHIN FLOODED EVAPORATORS. THEY PERMIT THE CALCULATION OF HEAT EXCHANGERS WITHOUT THE USE OF NOMOGRAMS, GRAPHS OR TIME-INTENSIVE ITERATION METHODS. THE CALCULATIONS OF THE HEAT EXCHANGER SURFACES ARE ACCURATE TO WITHIN 6%.
