DESCRIBES A RECENTLY-DEVELOPED, SIMPLE FLOODED EVAPORATOR SYSTEM IN WHICH A TWO-STAGE THROTTLING PROCESS AND A SUCTION/EVAPORATOR SYSTEM FEED LINE HEAT EXCHANGER ARE USED. THE VAPOUR SUPERHEAT AT THE HEAT EXCHANGER EXIT IS CONTROLLED DIRECTLY AND OIL IS RECOVERED FROM THE EVAPORATOR SYSTEM IN A SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE MANNER. (INT. BUILD. SERV.
