Summary
The paper deals with ASHRAE standard 55 or ISO 7730 concerning comfort with air conditioning or natural ventilation in non residential buildings. These standards seem to be not "adaptive" enough for natural ventilation techniques, which can nevertheless provide good comfort in various circumstances.
