A study of two-phase loops with capillary pumps.

Summary

The two-phase loops with capillary pumping (TPL CP), their thermodynamic working cycles, and the problems of increasing their heat transfer capacity and of decreasing their thermal resistance have been considered. The structural schemes of such systems have been presented. The TPL CP heat transfer capacity and the TPL CP thermal resistance functional dependence upon thermal-physical properties of capillary structures under different external influences has been obtained.
