Summary
THIS ARTICLE REPORTS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A METHODOLOGY FOR THE STUDY OF THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR AND ENERGETIC BALANCE OF A COMPLEX INSTALLATION SYSTEM. THIS METHODOLOGY HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TAKING AS AN EXAMPLE A HOSPITAL COMPLEX. IN THE FIRST PART, AFTER A DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM IN ITS ACTUAL CONFIGURATION, A MODEL IS ILLUSTRATED REPRESENTING ALL ENERGETIC FLUXES IN THE SYSTEM, PUTTING IN EVIDENCE THE ENTHALPY LEVEL OF EACH FLUX AS WELL AS THE FLUX BEHAVIOUR WITH TIME, BY MEANS OF AN HOURLY DETAILING ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. THEN SOME INSTALLATION SOLUTIONS AS ALTERNATIVE TO THE PRESENT SOLUTION ARE EXAMINED FROM BOTH TECHNICAL AND ECONOMICAL-FINANCIAL POINTS OF VIEW. THE RESULTS ARE COMPARED.
