Summary

Energy saving has become a hot issue all over the world. Also, the demand for thermal comfort in office building is increasing rapidly. As an energy saving strategy, the integrated control system composed of air-conditioning system, lighting system and blind system will be proposed in this study. The aim of integrated system is to minimize the energy demand for heating, cooling and lighting using optimized blind control in office building. In this paper, the concept of the integrated control will be described and the effect of energy saving with and without integrated control system will be analyzed by field measurement.
