Summary

THE TEST RIG IS CAPABLE OF MAKING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY MEASUREMENTS OVER A TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 40 TO 300 K. THE FLAT PLATE CRYOSTAT HAS AN ELECTRICALLY MEASURING PLATE WHICH CAN BE USED FOR MEASURING THE EMISSIVITY OF SUPERINSULATING SCREENS.
