THIS PAPER DESCRIBES A COATING FOR THE INSULATION OF PIPES IN A LNG TERMINAL. THIS COMPOSITE COATING INCLUDES SEVERAL LAYERS OF A CEMENT MADE OF SYNTHETIC RUBBER ; IT PROTECTS AGAINST DAMAGES DUE TO FREEZING, IN WINTER, TO HUMIDITY AND CORROSIVE ATMOSPHERES. THE CONDITION OF THIS COATING AFTER THREE YEARS WITHOUT MAINTENANCE IS DESCRIBED. L.R.
