A UNIFIED THERMODYNAMIC THEORY OF HEAT, MASS AND MOMENTUM EXCHANGE. 2. EXTENSIONS BEYOND THE < CURRENT STATE OF THE ART >.

Author(s) : SOUMERAI H.

Summary

THE VALIDITY OF THE UNIFIED THEORY DEVELOPED IN THE FIRST PART (SEE ABSTRACT 85-1861) IS EXTENDED ON THE BASIS OF CONVENTIONAL THERMODYNAMIC CONSIDERATIONS. AS AN EXAMPLE, THE METHOD IS APPLIED HERE TO THE CASES OF FLOW OF SINGLE AND TWO-PHASE FLUIDS THROUGH ROUGH TUBES. A PRACTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE GENERALISATION METHODS BASED ON THE THEORY OF THERMODYNAMIC SIMILITUDE CONCLUDES THIS STUDY.
