THE POSSIBLE ACHIEVEMENT OF A DOMESTIC HEAT PUMP OPERATING ON THE PRINCIPLE OF DIFFUSION MACHINES, USED FOR ABSORPTION HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATORS IS STUDIED. THESE MACHINES ARE CHARACTERISED BY THE ABSENCE OF SOLUTION PUMPS AND MODULATING VALVES. IN ADDITION, THE CONTROL OF THE CAPACITY AND TEMPERATURE OF DIFFUSION MACHINES CAN BE DONE SIMPLY, WHICH INCREASES THEIR ANNUAL EFFICIENCY.
