Summary
The difference between an intraoperative nuclear magnetic resonance (IMRI) operating room and a common operating room is presented and the airflow, pressure gradient and flow directions are illustrated. Heat release from the IMRI operating room and its auxiliary rooms, characteristics, setting requiremenst and safeguarding measures for the quench tube are also presented. Two available options for nuclear magnetic equipment cooling are presented.
