Summary
The supermarket chain Casino has performed an Internet survey on the economic impact of air conditioning in a supermarket used as a test store. It was shown that customers and staff enjoyed staying cool and that staff were also more productive. Refrigerated plant also breaks down less often. The only fly in the ointment: the investment cost.
