Summary
Japan develops an experiment module called "Kibo", which is the first manned facility of Japan that will be launched from Kennedy Space Center in 2008. The International Space Station (ISS) to which Kibo will attach to, is a huge manned construction located about 400 km above the Earth. The first component of ISS was launched on Nov. 20, 1998 from Russia to start its construction. ISS will be completed in 2010. This paper describes the air-conditioning system of ISS and space suites which is used in extra vehicular activity (EVA) for construct of ISS.
