Describes the three main types of air introduction used for air conditioning in the textile industry: turbulent, mixing air introduction from above via a swirl air diffuser, displacement air introduction from above by weakly-turbulent air jets and minimum mixing with the room air, and displacement air introduction at low speed and at a low level with the conditioned air entrained upward by heat plumes from people and machinery.
