The 3-A Sanitary Standards Program has been developed by IAFIS (International Association of Food Industry Suppliers), IAMFES (International Association of Milk, Food and Environmental Sanitarians), USPHS (United States Public Health Service), EHEDG (the European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) and DIC (the Dairy Industry Committee) with a view to promoting freedom to invent and new developments.
