Summary
This paper describes the innovation practice implemented in ammonia refrigeration systems and aimed at improvements of the different areas of industrial system exploitation: heat recovery, reliable functioning, and energy savings. The main purpose of introduction of all these innovation technologies in the refrigeration systems projects is reduction of specific operating cost of meat and poultry processing enterprises.
