AIR CONDITIONING BY WATER SPRAYING IS WIDELY USED IN TEXTILE INDUSTRIES. THE AUTHOR ANALYZES THE PROCESS OF AIR TREATMENT BY WATER SPRAYING AND, BASED ON THE NATURE OF THE HEAT TRANSF THE ENERGY EQUATION, GIVES RELATIONS FOR THE MAIN PARAMETERS OF THE SPRAY CHAMBER. COMPARISON BETWEEN THE CALCULATED RESULTS AND THOSE OF TESTS GIVES A GOOD CORRELATION.
