THE DEHUMIDIFICATION BLAST EQUIPMENT INCLUDES THE SCREW REFRIGERATING MACHINE, DEHUMIDIFICATION HEAT EXCHANGER, HEAT RECOVERY EQUIPMENT, COOLING TOWER AND BLOWER OF CUPOLA, ETC. ACCORDING TO THE OPTIMIZATION BLAST PARAMETER OFCUPOLA, THE AUTHORS HAVE DESIGNED 2 EVAPORATORS AND AUTOMATIC CONTROL VALVES OPERATING AT DIFFERENT EVAPORATING TEMPERATURES. THE RESULTS OF MELTING EXPERIMENT INDICATE THAT THE EQUIPMENT PROVIDES AIR AT CONSTANT HUMIDITY ABOUT 7 G/M3, AND SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS IN COKE, MELTING RATE INCREASED, REDUCTION OF REJECT RATE, STABILIZATION OF QUALITY ETC.
