Summary
SEVERAL MATHEMATICAL FORMULAE WERE SET UP FROM TEST DATA IN ORDER TO CALCULATE THE PRODUCT TEMPERATURE DURING FREEZE-DRYING AND ANALYTICALLY TO DETERMINE AVERAGE FREEZING, SUBLIMATION AND DESORPTION TEMPERATURES. A FUNCTION WAS INCLUDED IN TERMS OF SINUS AND COSINUS, REPRODUCING ALL OVERALL VALUES WITHOUT CONTINUITY.
