Summary
A two-stage compression refrigeration cycle was adopted in heat pump conditioners to enhance their cooling and heating capacities and COPs. The cycle applied one-stage throttling and intermediate incomplete cooling, and R410A was used as the refrigerant. The performance of the one-stage compression refrigeration cycle and the two-stage compression refrigeration cycle was calculated respectively and compared. The optimal intermediate temperature and flow rate ratio of the single compressor with two-stage compression was presented.
