Number: pap. n. 24
Author(s) : BONDARENKO V. L., PODDUBNA M. V., SYMONENKO I. M., et al.
Summary
The scope of pure gases and gas mixtures in food production is presented. The examples of use of CO2, N2 and Ar in various states of aggregation examined. A several variants comparison of storage and transportation of industrial gases is carried. The analysis of the processes involved in the gasification of carbon dioxide is given. Carbon dioxide extractors for extracting of biologically active substances investigated.
