Summary
NEARLY ALL REFRIGERANTS USED TODAY ARE DANGEROUS FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT, EITHER BY OZONE DEPLETION OR BY INCREASING THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EMISSIONS OF REFRIGERANT ARE MINIMIZED AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. THE ARTICLE GIVES A GUIDELINE FOR DECREASING EMISSION DURING THE ASSEMBLING OF REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS, PARTLY BY ADEQUATE DESIGN AND PARTLY BY GOOD PRACTICE OF THE MECHANICS, EXECUTING THE INSTALLATION.
