Automatic device for gas sampling in control systems of technological processes of cryogenic systems.
Author(s) : YUSUPBEKOV N. R., ADILOV F. T., AYUPOV A. A., et al.
Summary
The paper deals with the design of an automatic device for gas sampling with application of an ejector dilution, free from leaks. The automatic device for gas sampling works in three modes: without a dilution of analysable gas, with a dilution and with checking "zero-gas". The device provides continuous control of concentration of parsed gas, veracity and accuracy of the information on a target component, a broad band of measurement with a factor of dilution within the limits of 0 to 500 and enables checking of the zero point of the device without switching off the parsed gas. The device is recommended for usage in electrochemical and optical gas analysers for definition of concentrations of SO2, H2S, NOx and of other toxic components.
