Summary

THE AUTHORS STUDIED HEAT TRANSFER OF R113 BOILING ON SURFACES CONSISTING OF A MATRIX MADE UP OF TWO METALS, WITH DIFFERENT THERMAL AND PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS. THE TEST RESULTS CAN BE REPRESENTED BY CONSIDERING AS A MODEL A SIMPLE COMBINATION OF NON-INTERACTING SURFACES. EACH ELEMENTARY SURFACE PROVIDES ITS OWN HEAT FLOW.
