Summary

THE INFLUENCE OF THE ELECTRIC FIELD ON THE BOSE-SPECTRUM OF THE SUPERFLUID A-AND B-PHASES OF THE HELIUM 3 FILMS IS STUDIED BY THE CONTINUAL INTEGRATION METHOD IN LIMITS OF TWO DIMENSIONAL MODEL. IT IS SHOWN THAT IN THE FIRST APPROXIMATION THE ELECTRIC FIELD INFLUENCES ONLY THE SOUND MODES WHICH CAUSES THEIR ANISOTROPY AND DECREASE OF SOUND VELOCITY IN THE DIRECTIONS DIFFERENT FROM FIELD DIRECTION.
