Summary

The Lee-Kesler-Ploecker (LKP) equation of states has been used to produce a (p)-h diagram for pure and mixed refrigerants. A computer program has been developed using LKP to calculate the required data for producing log(p)-h diagrams for pure and mixed refrigerants. Example diagrams have been included in this paper for pure R134a, binary mixture R410A (R32/R125) and ternary mixture R407A (R32/R125/R134a). As shown in the deviation analysis, the log(p)-h diagrams developed from the LKP calculation data are reliable for engineering applications.
