Summary

Prospective solutions for replacing existing refrigerants with ozone-safe and environmentally-friendly ones are presented considering the advantages of air-conditioning and refrigerating systems with turbocompressors and gas bearings. The article describes the calculation program for refrigeration cycles with an example of the cycle with refrigerant vapour withdrawal from the intercooler.
