Summary
Available with ILK is an experimental FC-, FC-blend plant, which can be used for industrial plant tests under nearly practical conditions. As compared with R22, performance measurements of plants operated with the zeotropic FC-blend R407C (R32, R125, R134a, at 23, 25, and 52%: AC9000, Klea 66, HX3) under constant external conditions (temperature difference 5 K between refrigerant/heat carrier, constant refrigerating capacity) showed losses of up to 25% for the COP. The worst values were obtained on tube-bundle types.
