Summary

THE EXISTENCE OF A TYPICAL AEROSOL OF THE SCREW CUTTING INDUSTRY WAS OBSERVED. THIS AEROSOL WAS REPRODUCED IN A LABORATORY. A TEST RIG FOR PURIFIERS WAS DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED. THE AUTHORS PRESENT TESTS ON TWO PURIFIERS WITH FILTERING MEDIUM, ONE CENTRIFUGALPURIFIER WITH FILTERING MEDIUM AND THREE ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATORS. THE RESULTS MADE IT POSSIBLE TO DETERMINE THE FLOW CHARACTERISTIC (FLOW RATE-PRESSURE), AND GRANULOMETRY.
