CO2 as refrigerant: activities at the TWK Karlsruhe.
Kältemittel CO2: Aktivitäten am TWK Karlsruhe.
Author(s) : BURGER R.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Environmental reasons, such as the greenhouse effect, caused by synthetic refrigerants, have given rise to several issues to be addressed. The forgotten natural gas R744 is now in the spotlight again. Its thermodynamic properties, multiple purposes and functional range allow its use in different fields of application. The paper reflects the above-mentioned items as well as the activities at TWK which include further education in the field of R744.
