A REPORT ON THE FIRST AND LARGEST REFRIGERATING PLANT ERECTED AT THE JAKARTA FISHING PORT IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE CONSUMPTION OF MARINE PRODUCTS. THE COMPLEX COMPRISES A 150 T/DAY ICE MAKER, A 3,650 TON COLD STORE PROVIDING TEMPERATURES FROM 268 TO 233 K (-5 TO -40 DEG C), A 400 TON ICE STORAGE FACILITY, A CONTACT FREEZING SYSTEM AND A 2,000 KILOVA EMERGENCY POWER PLANT.
