THE COLD STORE FOR THE COOLING OF FRUIT (PARTICULARLY GRAPES) AND VEGETABLES BUILT IN THE UZBEKISTAN SOVIET REPUBLIC IS DESCRIBED. THE USE OF SUCH A STRUCTURE CONSIDERABLY DECREASES BUILDING TIMES AND LABOUR COSTS AND REDUCES THE WEIGHT LOSS OF PRODUCTS.
