Summary

IF A LARGE COMPUTER ROOM HAS A NUMBER OF COOLING UNITS SUPPLYING A FLOOR PLENUM, SOME OF THESE MAY BE ON COOLING/DEHUMIDIFYING WITH POSSIBLE REHEAT WHILE OTHERS ARE HUMIDIFYING. A MORE RATIONAL APPROACH IS TO HAVE THE ROOM UNITS ON SENSIBLE HEAT COOLING ONLY, WITH A CENTRAL, DUCTED, DEW POINT CONTROL AIR SYSTEM, AND INTRODUCING ONLY A MINIMUM OF FRESH AIR. A.R.T.
