Confined single- and multiple-jet impingement heat transfer. 2. Turbulent two-phase flow.
Author(s) : CHANG C. T., KOJASOY G., LANDIS F., DOWNING S.
Type of article: Article
Summary
It is shown that the heat transfer rate can be improved significantly over that possible with a single-phase liquid operating with the same geometry although, depending on the configuration, the pressure drop encountered with two-phase cooling may not be acceptable.
